  • Europlaza: 523,000 square foot office building in La Défense. Developed in 1999 and designed by HRO, the 31-story building occupies a dominant position in the submarket and is leased to a roster of high quality credit tenants that includes GE, Capgemini and Galdema. It is also the first "Garden Tower" in the area, providing tenants with a high quality environment for work and leisure. The building was the third building in France to obtain HQE Exploitation and BREEAM In-Use Very Good certification.
  • Arcs de Seine: 486,000 square foot office building in Boulogne-Billancourt. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, this modern office complex in the west of Paris consists of three separate buildings arranged around a landscaped park and leased to a roster of credit tenants that include HP and Canal+. Arcs de Seine was the fourth building in France to obtain HQE Exploitation and BREEAM In-Use Very Good certification.
  • Rives de Bercy: 344,000 square foot office building located in Charenton-le-Pont. The building has been fully-leased to Credit Foncier since 2003 and is easily accessible by public transportation and the motorway system.
  • Hanami: 325,000 square foot campus-style office complex in Rueil Malmaison, an inner suburb of Paris’ Western Crescent. The property is set on an 8.2-acre land site and consists of nine interlinked office buildings. Developed in 1991 by Valode & Pistre, the property has attracted large corporate occupiers over the years such as Shell France, Schneider Electric, Vinci, Brandt and Axens.
  • Passy Kennedy: 244,000 square foot Class-A office building in Central Paris with views of the Eiffel Tower. The property is leased to a roster of credit tenants including Radio France, a French public radio broadcaster. The building is located immediately adjacent to the RER C station and walking distance from metro stations servicing lines 6, 9 and bus line 72 providing excellent connectivity.
