These four platforms act in property management, asset management, and development capacities and were created with the sole purpose of maximizing the real estate returns for Northwood's investors.

Northwood Hospitality manages the hotel portfolio acquired by Northwood Investors. There are currently ten properties under management by Northwood Hospitality - Cheeca Lodge & Spa (Islamorada, FL), Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort (Marathon, FL), The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills (West Hollywood, CA) and Naples Grande Beach Resort (Naples, FL), Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne, (Charlotte, NC), Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne (Charlotte, NC), Staybridge Suites Charlotte (Charlotte, NC), The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge (Charlotte, NC), The Darcy (Washington, DC) and Amara Resort and Spa (Sedona, AZ).

Northwood Retail is focused on maximizing the value of the Northwood Investors’ retail assets with a disciplined approach towards property management, leasing, development, construction management, accounting, and marketing activities. Managed by Ward Kampf, Northwood Retail currently leases and manages The Shops at Park Lane (Dallas, TX) and Freshfields Village (Kiawah Island, SC).

Northwood Ravin is a leading full-service residential development, construction and property management firm. Northwood Ravin develops and manages signature apartment communities and mixed-use venues with a singular focus: to create communities that foster healthy lifestyles, neighborhood involvement and engaging living environments. Northwood Ravin was formed in 2011 by Northwood Investors and Ravin Partners LLC. Over the past seven years, Northwood has actively invested in more than 10,500 total units, including stabilized assets, properties under management and realized investments.

Northwood Office specializes in commercial development, office leasing and property services for properties acquired by Northwood Investors. Currently, the platform is primarily focused on growing Ballantyne, a 535-acre master-planned business community in Charlotte, NC. Northwood’s Ballantyne portfolio includes more than four million square feet of Class A office space and nearly 600 hotel rooms with dining, spa and golf.
