Adil Minhas

Adil Minhas is Vice President of Data Analytics at Northwood and is responsible for leading the technology strategy for designing, developing, and maintaining Northwood’s enterprise data platform, serving as a strategic partner across the business analytics lifecycle to ensure data infrastructure aligns with evolving business needs. He also leads initiatives in enterprise data governance, cloud infrastructure, analytics platform implementation, and AI enablement to support scalable, secure, and insight driven decision making across the firm.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Minhas was Senior Manager of Engineering at Betsol, in Broomfield, CO. He oversaw government and public sector IT consulting contracts, managing global teams in data architecture, platform management, software development, and enterprise program delivery.

Mr. Minhas graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management.

Rufus Chambers

Rufus Chambers is Vice President of Data Strategy at Northwood and is responsible for leading the firm’s enterprise data strategy to ensure that Asset Management, Portfolio, Investment, and Investor Relations teams are equipped with actionable insights. He partners with business stakeholders to define KPIs, develop dashboards and forecasting tools, and drive consistency in reporting across the firm.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Chambers worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Analyst in Investment Sales. In this role, he supported real estate transactions through complex financial analyses and client deliverables. Before that, he was a Senior Analyst in Debt and Structured Finance at CBRE, assisting brokers with underwriting and market research. His career began at Situs, where he held positions as an Associate and Analyst, contributing to due diligence and underwriting of CMBS loans for various banking clients.

Mr. Chambers graduated from Wofford College with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting.
