Hanami is a 350,000 square foot campus-style office complex in Rueil Malmaison, an inner suburb of Paris’ Western Crescent. The property is set on a 8.2 acre site and consists of nine interlinked office buildings. Developed in 1991 by Valode & Pistre, the property has attracted large corporate occupiers over the years such as Shell France, Schneider Electric, Vinci, Brandt and Axens. Hanami received both the NF HQE Exploitation™ certification and BREEAM In-Use International “Very Good” certification.

Passy Kennedy is a 244,000 square foot office building located in the 16th arrondissement (district) of Paris on the banks of the Seine. The property benefits from the close proximity of growing office hubs such as the Grenelle area in the 15th arrondissement, Boulogne Bullancourt and Issy-les-Moulineaux. Passy Kennedy provides excellent public transportation links, with the Avenue du President Kennedy RER C station (Paris Express Train) next to the property.
