900 Corporate Pointe is a 5-story, 300,000 square foot office building in Culver City, CA. The building is part of a larger 6.9-acre creative office campus controlled by Northwood.
The campus is located near the I-405 and the SR-90 freeways in Culver City, just east of Playa Vista. Playa Vista and Culver City are two of the most desirable markets for office tenants in Los Angeles, with a critical mass of entertainment and technology companies including Amazon, Apple, HBO, Facebook, Yahoo!, and Google located in these markets. Northwood is working through a renovation of the property to create a modern, welcoming environment for tenants at the campus. The renovation also includes modernizing the lobby, upgrading the fitness amenities, and introducing a high-quality café to the campus.
