The team has significant experience with refurbishments and repositioning to maximize rents and competitively position Northwood’s office assets in their respective markets.
Northwood Hospitality is an independent hotel management company that performs property and asset management and oversees the execution of capital projects at Northwood’s hotels. Northwood Hospitality has expertise in managing independent gateway urban hotels as well as resort hotels, and has significant experience operating branded and limited service hotels across a wide array of markets. The fully-integrated company includes revenue management, human resources, VIP sales, procurement, food & beverage, and sales & marketing teams.
Northwood Retail is a fully-integrated retail operating company that leases, redevelops and manages Northwood’s retail and mixed-use assets. Since 2010, the Northwood Retail team has significant experience operating a wide variety of retail property types (urban and suburban; mall, lifestyle, power center and community center; 100,000 square feet up to 1 million square feet).
Northwood Ravin is a fully-integrated multifamily operating and development company that develops, constructs, and manages for-rent infill and mixed-use housing.
