Heather Pimm-Pauzer

Heather Pimm-Pauzer is a Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Human Resources and is responsible for Northwood’s human capital technical infrastructure and operations.

Prior to joining Northwood, Ms. Pimm-Pauzer was a Vice President of Human Resources at Hudson Advisors where she was responsible for all aspects of global human resources operations, including benefits, payroll, and acquisitions. Prior to Hudson Advisors, Ms. Pimm-Pauzer spent 12 years with Republic Property Group as their Director of Human Resources.

Ms. Pimm-Pauzer graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Textiles and Apparel. Additionally, Ms. Pimm-Pauzer holds a Certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from Southern Methodist University.
