Cheeca Lodge is a 214-room privately gated resort with 1,200 feet of beachfront situated on 27 acres of land along US-1 in the Florida Keys.
The property consists of 214 rooms across 26 buildings including a 64-room main lodge featuring approximately 850 square foot rooms and 25 one- and two-story villa buildings located throughout the property. The hotel also includes three restaurants, a signature retail store, a spa, the Camp Cheeca kids camp, six tennis courts, a 9-hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and a 525 foot fishing pier. The historical property originally opened in 1946 and was substantially rebuilt over the past several years. In 2020, Northwood acquired an adjacent property containing 11 high end private casitas, a private pool and two restaurants.
