Northwood acquired Playa Vista as an 18.8-acre development site located in the Playa Vista submarket of West Los Angeles.
Northwood developed two creative office projects, the Collective and the Brickyard. The Collective encompassed 205,000 square feet across five standalone two-story buildings with extremely unique architecture. The Brickyard comprised 430,000 square feet across two five and six-story buildings.
