The portfolio was developed between 2001 and 2009 and is easily accessible via the Interstate-101 Freeway and Scottsdale Road. Scottsdale Landing enjoys close proximity to Scottsdale Municipal Airport, TPC Scottsdale golf course and various retail centers, including Scottsdale Quarter, The Shops at Zocallo and Kierland Commons.
Northwood sold part of the Scottsdale Landing campus, including the Tower and Terra Verde buildings in July 2022.
