The Sears Redevelopment Portfolio II is a collection of four formerly Sears-owned properties and a mall totaling 1.2 million square feet of retail.
The portfolio is currently comprised of Northgate Mall, a 55-acre mall located in Durham, NC and four former Sears department stores located in Durham, NC, Gaithersburg, MD, Duluth, GA and Colorado Springs, CO. Northwood’s plan for the Durham, NC locations include the creation of a mixed-use community that will be centrally located between Duke University’s campus and Downtown Durham. The three other properties within the portfolio provide significant optionality to redevelop into alternate uses.
