The CA-FL Hotel Portfolio consists of the Naples Grande in Naples, Florida and The London West Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.
The Naples Grande is a 474-room resort located on 23 acres in Naples, Florida. The hotel is adjacent to the Gulf of Mexico providing guests with beach amenities. The hotel features four food and beverage outlets, 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, three outdoor pools including a waterslide, a newly renovated spa with 12 treatment rooms, an 8,000 square foot fitness center, and fifteen tennis courts. The Naples Grande Golf Course is located approximately six miles away from the hotel and consists of an 18-hole golf course designed by Rees Jones, a clubhouse, and a practice facility set on 203 acres of land. A private membership club is operated at the golf course, but hotel guests are provided access to the course as well. Northwood sold the Naples Grande in March 2022.
The London West Hollywood is a 226-key hotel located just off Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. The hotel’s guestrooms are some of the West Hollywood market’s most spacious. The hotel features four food and beverage outlets, 16,000 square feet of meeting space and a rooftop pool with cabanas and fire pits. The hotel also has entitlements in place to build out an additional 26 rooms, comprised of 16 standard guestrooms.
