Matt Roberts

Matt Roberts serves as Co-Head of Investor Relations and is responsible for fundraising and new business initiatives.

Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Roberts spent eight years at Westbrook Partners as a Principal focused on investor relations and fundraising. Prior to joining Westbrook, Mr. Roberts was a Director at Probitas Partners where he was responsible for the placement of private equity mandates in real assets and corporate finance. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Pinnacle Trust Partners in a similar role. Before Pinnacle, he was at Mallory Capital where he began his experience in fund placement. He started his career in finance as an institutional equity salesperson with Prudential where he was a Senior Vice President.

Mr. Roberts received a B.A. from Lake Forest College.

Jen Davis

Jen Davis serves as Co-Head of Investor Relations and is responsible for expanding Northwood’s investor relations and new business initiatives.

Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Ms. Davis worked in the Real Estate, Leisure & Lodging Investment Banking group at UBS where she focused on corporate advisory assignments, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Davis received a B.S. and minor in Real Estate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
