Rufus Chambers

Rufus Chambers is a Vice President at Northwood. He is primarily responsible for leading data integration projects, creating comprehensive asset plans, and performing quarterly asset valuations.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Chambers worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Analyst in Investment Sales. In this role, he supported real estate transactions through complex financial analyses and client deliverables. Before that, he was a Senior Analyst in Debt and Structured Finance at CBRE, assisting brokers with underwriting and market research. His career began at Situs, where he held positions as an Associate and Analyst, contributing to due diligence and underwriting of CMBS loans for various banking clients.

Mr. Chambers graduated from Wofford College with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting.

James Nachtsheim

James Nachtsheim is a Vice President at Northwood and is responsible for portfolio and asset management activities for investments across the U.S.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Nachtsheim worked for Ernst & Young where he focused on private equity engagements within the firm’s Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction practice.

Mr. Nachtsheim is a CPA and graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. and M.S. in Accountancy.

David Williams

David Williams is a Senior Vice President at Northwood and has overall responsibility for portfolio management activities for Northwood’s European Investments.

Prior to joining Northwood in 2019, Mr. Williams worked at Hammerson in London. There, he was responsible for financial analysis and reporting related to shopping centre investments. Mr Williams started his career at Deloitte, working in the Investment Management and Private Equity division.

Mr. Williams received a BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics from The University of Nottingham and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Zack Jennings

Zack Jennings is a Senior Vice President at Northwood and is responsible for leading the portfolio team in the US.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Jennings worked for Chatham Financial where he focused on debt management and consulting.

Mr. Jennings graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Systems Engineering and became a CFA charterholder in 2017.
