Noah Barnes

Noah Barnes is a Director of Tax at Northwood and responsible for tax reporting and structuring.

Before joining Northwood, Mr. Barnes was a member of Deloitte’s international tax practice in the Denver, London, and Chicago offices where he managed tax compliance, reporting, and structuring engagements for a variety of clients in industries including private equity and real estate.

Mr. Barnes is a licensed Certified Professional Accountant in Colorado and holds a B.B.A. and M.A. in accounting from the University of Wisconsin.

Calissa Galvin

Calissa Galvin is a Director of Tax at Northwood and is responsible for tax structuring and reporting at the property, fund, and corporate levels.

Prior to joining Northwood, Ms. Galvin worked for Partners Group as a Tax Professional where she coordinated U.S. tax compliance and operations across the investment portfolio. She started her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s financial services practice where she focused on tax compliance and transaction advisory for real estate clients in the Denver office.

Ms. Galvin, a Colorado-licensed CPA, graduated magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University with a M.S. in Accounting, B.B.A. in Accounting, and minor in Economics.
