Crosland Portfolio is a multi-sector portfolio of assets located in six states across the eastern United States.
At acquisition, the Crosland Portfolio included 787 existing rental apartment units, a development pipeline of 2,239 rental apartment units, a 105,580 square foot industrial property, and 16 land assets. Most existing assets within the portfolio were developed by Crosland, an award-winning commercial and residential development company with a 75-year history developing properties in the Southeast. Today, most properties have been sold and a few multifamily assets remain.
