UK Regional Portfolio III comprises seven high quality, Class-A office buildings located in London and established, key UK regional markets.

The portfolio includes The Blade, a landmark 14 story multi-let office constructed in 2009 in Reading, South East England.
Spectrum Point, Farnborough also forms part of the Regional III portfolio and provides over 87,000 square feet of highly specified, open plan accommodation in the heart of Farnborough, a short walk to the mainline station with regular links to central London.

In 2019, Northwood sold 180 Vincent Street. In 2021, Northwood sold Princes House. In November 2024 Northwood sold Firth & Bateman, a five-story office building with part retail and residential uses. In December 2024 Northwood completed repositioning and releasing of 10 Victoria Street, Bristol.

The remaining portfolio includes three regional UK offices in Reading, Farnbourough, and Southampton.
