In December 2014 Northwood acquired Pointe Metro, a 253,000 square-foot Class A office campus in Gennevilliers, a northern suburb of Paris.
The property was constructed as the second phase of a 1.1 million square foot three-phase project between 2008 and 2010 by French Developer Nexity. Pointe Metro comprised of three independent 5-story buildings with multiple terraces, a 427-space car park, a 436-seat staff restaurant, and a 148-seat auditorium. The property was 100% occupied by Prisma Media which is a subsidiary of German Group Bertelsmann. The Property is located 200 meters away from Gabriel Péri Metro Station on metro line 13 and is a 15 minute commute to the Paris CBD.
