The Sears Redevelopment Portfolio II is a collection of four formerly Sears-owned properties and a mall totaling 1.2 million square feet of retail.
The portfolio originally included Northgate Mall, a 55-acre mall located in Durham, NC and four former Sears department stores located in Durham, NC, Gaithersburg, MD, Duluth, GA and Colorado Springs, CO. At acquisition, the locations presented an opportunity to redevelop into alternate uses. The locations in Gaithersburg, MD, Duluth, GA, and Colorado Springs, CO were sold prior to redevelopment.
