Sunrise is a 45-acre multifamily development site in Kissimmee, Florida, adjacent to a recently-delivered, Publix-anchored retail center with proximity to the area’s largest employer, Disney World. The site includes entitlements for 955 multifamily units. The project will be developed in two phases, with development of the 464-unit Phase I expected to commence in 2020.
