The Shops at Park Lane is a newly constructed mixed-use project located in Dallas on the North Central Expressway, between Park Lane and Northpark Center Drive.
The property is located directly across from NorthPark Center, a 1.4 million square foot super-regional mall, and is one block from the Park Lane Station stop for the DART light-rail line. The property opened in March 2009 and features more than 500,000 square feet of newly constructed retail anchored by Dallas’ flagship Whole Foods, HomeGoods, Saks Off 5th, Nordstrom Rack, Bloomingdale’s Outlet and Old Navy. In addition to repositioning the overall asset, Northwood completed additional development including 122,000 square feet of office and 37,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space surrounding a new park which has become the central gathering place for the overall project, as well as 246 multifamily units.
Northwood sold The Galleries of Park Lane, the 246-unit apartment development, in May of 2025.
