Bryan Cordes

Mr. Cordes serves as the President of Northwood Hospitality. Prior to joining Northwood Hospitality, he was a Senior Vice President at Northwood Investors and was responsible for overseeing asset management activities for the portfolio of hospitality investments across the U.S. Additionally, Mr. Cordes worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2008 to 2020 and concluded his time there as a Regional Vice President of Global Asset Management. At Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Mr. Cordes was responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio of owned and joint-venture hotels across the U.S., Brazil, and the Caribbean and collaborated on the development and execution of a strategic asset improvement plan that drove profit expansion.

Mr. Cordes graduated cum laude from Rockhurst University with a B.S. and B.A. in Finance and Economics.
