Caleb Ritenour is a Vice President at Northwood Investors and responsible for evaluating real estate equity and debt investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Northwood in 2021, Mr. Ritenour worked at Citi in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging group.

Mr. Ritenour received a B.S. from the University of Kansas.
