James Geskey

Jim Geskey is a Managing Director of Northwood Investors and is responsible for asset management of the Fund’s investments.

Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Geskey was a Vice President at Black Creek Group. Mr. Geskey also has experience as a Regional Asset Manager with RPAI responsible for portfolio strategy of the Eastern Region of the REIT’s portfolio and was a leader of the Institutional Team in the Real Estate Capital Markets group with LaSalle Bank National Association.

Mr. Geskey has an M.B.A. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from Miami University.
