Joe Harding

Joe Harding serves as Partner & Co-Founder of Northwood SHP and is responsible for the strategy, leasing, and operations for Northwood’s industrial investments.

Prior to co-founding Northwood SHP, Mr. Harding spent three years at Prologis as an investment manager where he focused on acquisitions and development projects along the West Coast.
Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Harding worked at Eastdil Secured where he was responsible for underwriting and executing real estate transactions across various property types.

Mr. Harding earned a B.S. from University of Southern California.
