Latha Alle

Latha Alle is a Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio of investments across the U.S. with a focus on mixed-use assets in North Carolina and Texas.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mrs. Alle was a Portfolio Finance Associate at Roscoe Property Management where she was responsible for creating and implementing business plans and asset strategies for multifamily properties. Prior to Roscoe Property Management, Mrs. Alle was an Underwriting and Lease Analyst at LeaseLinks LLC.

Mrs. Alle graduated from Mahatma Gandhi University with a B.Tech in Engineering and received a Master’s degree from Lewis University.
