Richard Pellatt
Executive Director of Northwood Urban LogisticsRichard Pellatt co-leads Northwood’s Urban Logistics platform.
Prior to joining Northwood in 2014, Mr. Pellatt served as Investment Director at the Highcross Group and an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield. During his 25-year career based in London and Manchester, Mr. Pellatt has been involved in over £5 billion of real estate acquisitions, disposals, and financings throughout the United Kingdom with a primary focus on industrial and logistics properties.
Mr. Pellatt received a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Durham, an MSc in Property Valuation & Management from Sheffield Hallam University and the FCA Approved Securities Institute Certificate in Corporate Finance. Mr. Pellatt is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
