Troy Tettleton
Senior Vice PresidentTroy Tettleton is a Senior Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management and development activities for a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use investments across the U.S.
Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Tettleton worked for Lendlease’s development arm where he was responsible for overseeing development activities with a focus on large-scale mixed-use projects. Prior to Lendlease, Mr. Tettleton was a Vice President with McCarthy Cook & Co where he focused on all aspects of real estate investment, management, and operations. Mr. Tettleton began his career at KPMG where he was a Senior Associate.
Mr. Tettleton received a B.S. in Business Administration & Finance and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
