Keane McClintock

Keane McClintock is a Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio of office investments across the United States.

Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. McClintock worked as a Financial Analyst at Marcus and Millichap where he focused on underwriting office investments and managing due diligence processes as part of an investment sales team.

Mr. McClintock graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BSBA from the Leeds School of Business. Mr. McClintock is an Evans Scholar alum, attending university through a four-year, full tuition and housing scholarship for golf caddies.

Alec Stuckart

Alec Stuckart is a Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio of office and mixed-use investments across the U.S. with a focus on the Southeast.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Stuckart worked for Johnson Controls where he focused on debt and structured finance opportunities throughout the U.S.

Mr. Stuckart graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Finance, Investments, and Banking.

Alex Burger

Alex Burger is a Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio primarily consisting of retail-mixed use assets across the west coast and Texas.

Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Burger worked at Acadia Realty Trust where he focused on acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers and street retail properties around the United States.

Mr. Burger graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in labor and population economic studies.

Clayton McDonald

Clayton McDonald serves as Director of Sustainability for Northwood Investors. Mr. McDonald leads firmwide sustainability strategy and execution across assets and programs with a focus on integrating sustainability priorities into investment, asset management, operations, and reporting. He is based in the firm’s Denver office.

Prior to Northwood, Mr. McDonald served as Director of Sustainability at Trademark Property Company, where he directed sustainability strategy and execution for a $2.2B US real estate portfolio.

Mr. McDonald is an active member in The Real Estate Roundtable (RER) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM). He received his B.S. from Texas Christian University and a certificate in sustainability strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jonathan Slater

Jonathan Slater is a Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing portfolio and asset management activities for Northwood’s European Investments.

Prior to joining Northwood in 2019, Mr. Slater worked at Deloitte in London. There, he was responsible for advising clients on a range of real estate transactions, valuations, and audit engagements.

Mr. Slater received a BSc (Hons) in Property Finance and Investment from Nottingham Trent University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Brian Cleary

Brian Cleary is a Managing Director at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio of multifamily, retail, and office investments across the U.S. with a focus on the Southeast.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Cleary worked for Equus Capital Partners where he focused on acquisitions and asset management in the central region of the U.S.

Mr. Cleary graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bryan Cordes

Bryan Cordes is a Senior Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio of hospitality investments across the U.S.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Cordes worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2008 to 2020 and concluded his time there as a Regional Vice President of Global Asset Management. At Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Mr. Cordes was responsible for overseeing asset management activities for a portfolio of owned and joint-venture hotels across the U.S., Brazil, and the Caribbean and collaborated on the development and execution of a strategic asset improvement plan that drove profit expansion.

Mr. Cordes graduated cum laude from Rockhurst University with a B.S. and B.A. in Finance and Economics.

Troy Tettleton

Troy Tettleton is a Senior Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management and development activities for a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use investments across the U.S.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Tettleton worked for Lendlease’s development arm where he was responsible for overseeing development activities with a focus on large-scale mixed-use projects. Prior to Lendlease, Mr. Tettleton was a Vice President with McCarthy Cook & Co where he focused on all aspects of real estate investment, management, and operations. Mr. Tettleton began his career at KPMG where he was a Senior Associate.

Mr. Tettleton received a B.S. in Business Administration & Finance and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Christopher Caltabiano

Christopher Caltabiano is a Managing Director at Northwood Investors and is responsible for overseeing asset management activities, developing and executing investment strategies for a portfolio of Office and Mixed-Use Assets located across the US.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Caltabiano was a Senior Vice President at Shorenstein Properties and was responsible for overseeing construction, leasing and operations on a trophy caliber office property portfolio located along the East Coast. Prior to Shorenstein, Mr. Caltabiano served as a Vice President at AIG Global Real Estate, and as associate for Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, and as an analyst and consultant at Bloomberg Financial Markets.

Mr. Caltabiano graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S., and from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate with an M.S. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and a frequent lecturer on real estate, corporate finance, valuation and risk management at the universities and conferences. His research on these subjects has been published in the Real Estate Review.

Olivier Marguin

Olivier Marguin is a Managing Director at Northwood Investors and is responsible for asset management of the Fund’s European investments.

Prior to joining Northwood, Mr. Marguin worked for Beacon Capital Partners in Paris. He led the asset management of their French office portfolio, which totaled $2.2 billion in value. Before that, he led the asset management of the office and mixed-use portfolio at Hammerson France and was a member of their French Board of Directors. He also had several brokerage roles at Insignia Bourdais in Paris.

Mr. Marguin graduated from Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris.
